d17/k20 swap

i am trying to find some people that have a good working knowledge of motor swaps and jdm motors.

i am considering the d17/k20 swap,but i am kinda concerned about a few things involved.

1. do jdm's have immobilizers?

2. if so how would i get around the immobilizer.

3. does anyone have any good tip's or suggestions i could use.

i have recently found the answer to this question and it was simple.

go to hondata.com find a dealer and buy a k-pro ecu.

there is an option in the user interface when you hook the ecu into yur laptop that will allow you to disable the immobilizer.
